Grimmer - L.C. Middle School Athletic Physical Night - Nurse's Office

Any L.C. Middle School Athlete interested in an athletic physical that is needed to tryout/play any sport at the middle school level.  Cost:  $25.00 - Cash or Check only!  Physical forms will be available on-line or at the physical night.  To expedite the process, bring a pre-filled one.
